Photography at Wood Acres

From open fields and golden light to seasonal blooms, calves, and quiet natural spaces, Wood Acres offers a relaxed setting for meaningful photography sessions throughout the year.

The farm is well suited for family, maternity, engagement, senior, branding, motherhood, and lifestyle sessions. While peak flower season typically runs from mid-August through September, the scenery changes throughout the year, offering unique photo opportunities in every season.

Professional Photography Access

Professional photography sessions are welcome by reservation.

Full Photography Season Pass — $300

Valid March 1 – October 31

Unlimited weekday access during designated photography hours throughout the season.

Best suited for photographers planning multiple sessions throughout the year.

Includes: • Access to standard photography areas • Seasonal flower fields and farm scenery • Available standard props

Does Not Include: • Calf sessions • Private/exclusive access • Additional private locations • After-hours sessions

Hourly Photography Access — $30/hour

Perfect for occasional sessions or one-time bookings.

Includes: • Access to designated photography areas • Reserved session time

Advance scheduling required.

Mini Sessions at Wood Acres

Mini sessions are welcome but must be scheduled in advance.

Season Pass Holder Reservation — $25

Non-Season Pass Mini Session Block — $100

Tank & Timber Photo Add-On

Our Highland-cross calves, Tank & Timber, may be added to photography sessions when available.

Standard Session Add-On — $30

Mini Session Block Calf Add-On — $75

Availability may vary based on weather, calf temperament, and farm schedule.

Private locations are not included with standard photography access and may include: • Pavilion • Pond • Creek area • Open natural landscape spaces

Photography Props & Setups

Available props may include: • Vintage chairs • Wooden ladders • Benches • Crates • Seasonal styling pieces

Season Pass holders may use available props at no additional charge. Props are not permanently displayed and may be requested when available.

Photography Guidelines

• Advance scheduling required • Photographers must carry their own liability insurance • Remain within approved photography areas • Respect flowers, props, animals, and farm spaces • Children must remain supervised • Props should be returned after use • Photographers are responsible for their clients while on the property

Wood Acres is a working family farm. Bloom timing, field conditions, available props, and photography areas naturally change throughout the season.

Weekend sessions, calf sessions, mini sessions, and private location access require advance approval.
